The authorizers of Korea Electronics Association visited our firm.

Mr. Micheal Cho who is the Chief Manager and Mr. Choi Sung who is Vice- chief manager of the Board of International Patent Assistance Center (i-PAC) by Korea Electronics Association visited our firm for cooperation.

As a result of the meeting during this visit, an agreement was made to work on increasing technologic cooperation by building a bridge regarding technology transfers and patent licensing between the firms of these two countries.

South Korea is a success model for other developing countries including Turkey.

Although South Korea was one of the poorest countries of the world, it has become prominent as being a country which increases the global competitive power thereof by growing with its own dynamism especially within the last decade.

With national innovation and technology policies, it increased the spendings regarding R&D and after USA, Japan and Germany; it has reached to number 4 in respect of ranking in World Patent League.

As a result of the studies thereof to create Global mark, South Korea has become among the developed countries by being known all over the world with its companies such as SAMSUNG, HYUNDAI and LG.

Turkey should benefit from the experiences that South Korea had in the period of quick development.
