1. Patent Search

2. Filing of a Patent / Utility Model
Once all the required documents
have been provided and the Turkish translation of the specification has been prepared by your patent attorney, the application will be filed to the Turkish Patent Institute.

3. Prosecution of patents
After formal examinations of the Turkish Patent Institute, the application is published in Turkish Patent Bulletin within 18 months as of relevant filing date for opposition purposes. Validated European patents are published within 1-2 months upon filing thereof.
